Looking for an experienced and highly organized Mitigation Manager to lead our mitigation team. The ideal candidate will oversee water damage, mold remediation, and other mitigation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of mitigation processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all mitigation projects, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other related services.
Develop and implement mitigation plans and strategies to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
Supervise and train mitigation technicians, ensuring they follow company policies, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work required.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including photos, measurements, and reports.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Stay current with industry advancements and best practices through ongoing training and development.
Manage project budgets and resources to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong understanding of mitigation processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.
